I haven't received my rum yet. Been 3 Hours right now. @
 
i also have the same problem and i havent received my rums.
 
i'm using paypal and i receive them instantly. you may need to talk to your payment partner
 
that's what Zankza will say so don't bother waiting for his reply XD
but i think he can help you check further, right @Zankza ?
 
im using paypal as well
have you received your receipt? nonetheless, call them. after verifying from them that the purchase was successful, get back to Zankza for him to check. no one else will help you here when it comes to rums but yourself :) but i'll try to help the best i can
 
yeah it says "this purchase is currently being processed. the amount has been reserved for payment to the merchant" so i'll just wait.
 
Indeed; we do not have a say in those matter.

Typically if you use a method like eCheck or many other it will take days. Additionally if you have never purchased before you might be flagged as high risk which means a paypal technician will manually interevene to first research before approving.

I don't use eCheck, I use credit card with paypal method, it gets extracted immediately and send to the seller.
 
How about if you give me TX ID so I can confirm we both see same thing.
 
OK it does appear to be something very wrong on PayPal side because;
  • Other payment processors working fine for fact
  • Paypal's diagnostic tool is returning a "empty" status which is not supposed to be, typically it returns HTTP code.
  • A stroll on google/searching reveal there is a lot of concern from all over world talking about PayPal IPN not working for instance: http://downdetector.com/status/paypal
That being said, I am going try, too, contact PayPal to see what we can do.
 
Thanks, @Zankza also been reading same problem, already called and been on the line for awhile now. I'll just see what happens.
 
Well.

PayPal came up and said that the problem is in this page, cause in my end, my transaction is completed and withdrawn from my credit card that I purchased the goods from. So I opened I cased. So yeah @Zankza check that out cause PayPal is blaming you. I just want the fucking RUM I paid for.

I just got word from PayPal, they are claiming that the problem has been gradually fixed, in other word, if you make new purchases it will be processed immediately, as for older purchases, it will be re-tried and processed again sometime soon (as there is big backlog)
