Regarding Rebirth

So, me and a few people found out that accepting rebirth quest is modified here, some mentioned that you can accept it on lvl 70 but only start on 75, some said you can only accept on 70 if you have 10k reputation, and I was wondering if the staff could clarify this for us, so no one wastes gf's/keys for nothing hehe.

It's not modified, Any rebirth guide will tell you correct rebirth requirement (hint it's just lv 75 to start but you can't finish rb without 9999 rep)

But some people didn't hit 75 yet and already got rebirth quest, that's why I'm asking, it's clearly different from what it's supposed to be o.o

OK so, looking at RB guides, it does state that

What are the requisites?
To start it you need 9,999 rep. And to finish it you need the 8 runes and to be lvl 75+.

So I was mostly right expect for opposite on the REP/LV part.

Looking over the quest codes verifies that too, you can start any level as long 9999 rebirth but at some point in several quests later on will require you to be lv 75.

Googling RB guide, the first URL, http://mdv2.forump.net/t9-1st-rebirth-guide states that. Cheers ! ^^

I believe that the first part requires you to be lv75 and have 10k rep, as far as I know the NPC's (Huckinson's) line is something like "don't talk to me unless you're lv75 and have above 9999 rep".

yeah but you can start rebirth quest without being level 75, its good for when people going to haven to redeem framestones for their class

Yup, that's what I've done
Any chance you know the minimal level requirement for it to be accepted? I believe it was 60 or 70, but really unsure.
