So I recently invite some of friends so we can play together and also for the free account slot. Do I have to wait a certain time to get the slots? 'Cuz I already invited 2 of my friends and still don't get any free slots so far. (Yes, they finished all the registration process I even put their forum name in the referral invitee and approved it themselves but still no slots. o.o)

Are you sure they completed the registration progress fully? and not skipped some part?

Yes, I am sure. Except the part wherein playing the game itself because they're still installing it. And in the direction, it doesn't require people to play the game itself in order to verify it and get my free account slot. So I don't know what's taking it so long. :/

Ahh i see, u would need to wait for manager or developer to check on this on ur account, to see whats happend

go to accounts tab and at upper part, you will see that you have to approve your friends that reffered you, once approved you will get the game slot.
