Question about using kal runestone to redeem lv70 framestone

I wanna use goddess favour from my alt to get lv70 crus framestone for my main
I know about when u using honor to trade those stone need Lv60+
But how about I am just using kal runestone to redeem it

It's probably an intentional restriction the original Devs made. When you're FC/DS and have "infinite" Goddess Favors, going to Heaven is incredibly easy and should thus serve no big purpose.
Going to Heaven on lv60+ is expensive but brings in good rewards, such as Kal -> Framestone exchange, accepting/finishing Rebirth (I and II) etc. Working as intended.

Both have a lvl cap of 60+; kal runestone exchange as well as honor exchange for 70 boss stones.

Recently we disabled Honor Exchange at Goddess.
As for the Kal exchange, it is still available.
