Guys i got a question, Hermes Framestone vs 0 CP BD Torso, wich one is better?

Also a 22 CP altar is worth to use Angelic Dice's to get the 0 CP?

22 CP is a lot of effort

0cp Torso is generally seen as the better choice. You get a HP boost, 8 str (1-2 boosts), and some acc (equivalent to ~5 hit rate). The only thing you lose out on is dodge.
And yes, definitely only open 0 CP altars. For starters, you can't even "open" an altar if it has more than 9 CP. But even without that fact, each point of CP reduces the equipment quality by a lot, making all that effort wasted if you don't get it down to 0 CP.
