Punching bag/Damage test bag near bar

Is it possible to have it added, a sort of "turkey, snowman" ish type of monster, that would stand still, and could be used as a slashing bag/damage test bag, that could be located bottom left corner of the bar area?

Would be nice, if we could do slash tests there, insetad of walking all the way to the west gate of argent everytime ;S
