or maybe instead of exp event, you enable Pucca. so ppl can choose their leveling time. the current exp event have a total of 38h of 2x exp/drop/1.5x fairy growth. If you intend to give this amount of time in the event, make pucca give such time also, but the point is that anyoen can choose when they are going to level. This way ppl can work/study/play.
