Good, you can load the page, which means your anti-virus is blocking launcher from internet access. The launcher cannot load that page, so it doesn't know where to connect for server.

Solution: UNINSTALL ANTI-VIRUS.

That's not even a solution in my case because I don't have any Anti-virus, plus my Firewall is down.

You just don't realize it then, but I assure you, it's some program (typically anti-virus) that's blocking other programs from loading/connecting.

Not and Anti-virus, what could it be? and the problem started right after the new patch. I have been able to play since that time.
