- So you think you can Pop-A-Song about PKO ?
- Contestants can join up by uploading their recording about/of Pirate King Online to YouTube
- Strong Vulgar is not allowed, some bomb is OK but please control yourself. Otherwise disqualified automatically.
- If your song doesn't mention or make proper relation to PKO, you are disqualified automatically.
- If your song doesn't contain many words, it's your job to make sure the acoustics or noises to be relative to PKO somehow.
- Minimum of minute and 30 seconds of song itself; we will not count intro or outro (IE time not blasting music won't be counted). No more than four minutes either please.
- The video you upload, should contain PKO logo in the visual (video) area, unless you intend to produce video content as well, but please do not steal or rip off other work/songs.
- We are not responsible if youtube takes down your video due to copyright issues, it is your responsibility to make sure no infringements.
- List of recommended Style
- Acoustic ( Your own voice and possibly acoustic instrumental )
- Rap/Hip-Hop ( Your lyrics on foreground, and little bit in background )
- DJ/Electro ( Electronic Dance Music on foreground, a bit of words on the background )
- Rock ( ??? )
- Uncategorized ( not described anywhere else )
- All valid submissions will automatically receive 200 Rum Barrels
- The best song will have a NPC in city that depict the player character, and players upon talking to this NPC will reveal what happened and explain about this Pop-Song contest winner, and how players may listen to it.
- In an unlikely event, it is possible that we choose more than one winner, that condition will only exist if we deem there is more than one very good song.
