Poblem in Launch

Hello, im new in the game and im having problems to launch. I already desactivated firewall and antivirus but i keep getting this problem: [screenshot] Can i get some help @Developer? Thanks in advance!

Most possible you just haven't, or have but corrupted, .NET 4.5, we using in launcher
