no i reinstalled PKO and its fine now but i have issue with chat its blank ant not showing anything

Please show us a screenshot so we can get a better understanding of your problem.
Also make sure to check that your channels aren't simply muted. This is done by clicking on the speech bubble icon next to the chat box and clicking on each channel in order to mute or unmute them.
