Please help My client is crashing in Shaitan

Before you send us Crash Report. Can you please Check what name it suggests? There is an option to do that by clicking "What report contains" and then try to save/export it. It will suggest a name that looks gibberish. I will ask for that suggested name before you press "Send Report". So we can check it on top order.

This happens to me almost everyday. It sucks having to redownload the game again. It usually starts in Shaitan and Argent, near fountain.

Dev, you might want to look at the wings. I found out that game crashes trying to load player's wings. Especially the one with fancy animation/effect like Blue Sky or Black & White wing. The player with this wing just happen to setup a stall near the fountain. and now he/she setup near Shaitan Harbor.

I played on lappy so the one ONLY with this problem might have total 2GB RAM at minimum. So player with decent PC won't have any problem. Maybe.

Also, please disable the auto collect crash data system, or at least let player choose before collecting. I have to clear out over 3GB crash data inside AppData\Local\CrashRpt folder. Good thing I checked my total free space. In the long run, this kind of sneaky constant writing data will start damaging the hard disk and shortening its life span. You un/intentionally doing a favor for hard disk company by making more people buying new hard disk drive. Let the player choose.

I agree but copy writing a chunk of 500mb data into a fresh free space of a hard disk every time the game crash without user permission is never a good thing in the long run. The damage to the HDD is done, but the crash still occurs.

The funny thing is, the crash reporter not even working. I let it run for about an hour and it still stuck at attempt 1 of 3 before I gave up and shut it down. Have you take a look at the wing? I'd like some answer from you about the crash problem. Crash reports later. since it doesn't work

Hm. Probably receiving server was full. we cleaned it up yesterday.
I have taken a look at one of the users that had contacted me over discord. For user, game crash, for me, it does not. So clearly there is some difference that makes things go wrong.

Yep. If you look for any technical issue post only on Discord, it's totally wrong. What was the point of this forum then.

I guess I'll just stop playing and wait until the problem was fixed. I'd rather not having a random crash then it adds another 500mb on my drive.

I agree with what he said, it happens around those player with the fancy wings.

For now, with some help from users, We have tracked it to a few on-screen character items. Here is a little temporary patch that changes/remove the visual appearance of those items. https://puu.sh/CqICf/c2856a32d1.zip
Unpack iteminfo.bin and replace your client file at /scripts/table/ folder of PKO client.

Its something that i was checking. Pko needs like 500mb off my ram. When i teleport to a area that has to many ppl, it chashs.
