CPU - AMD Ryzen 5
GPU - GTX 1070 (MONITOR CONNECTED TO GPU) felt like i needed to say this because i read alot of other posts
RAM - 8GB

I've got no tweaks on and I'm experiencing like 10FPS and 2FPS in Towns because of Stalls
Is there a fix to this?

My lower spec computer can run 6 clients and have 30FPS smoothly so im not sure what's the problem here. Game is running on a SSD

The game doesnt seem to be using my GPU at all which is weird.

Did you have your computer on for a long period of time without shutting it down? I sometimes have the issue of game slowdowns (not top particular) just if u have ur pc on for too long, even idle

No, I shut down my computer when I go to work. FPS issues for other games.
Somebody save me

There are a few possible ways:
Ctrl+B disables loading and rendering of player models
Ctrl+S disables stalls.

I already have the latest version of direct X
No No no.
There are two parts. One goes with OS. Usually, the build-in DirectX is v10,11 or even 12.
There are also legacy DirectX libraries. Legacy DirectX libraries, is exactly what PKO game requires when the build-in compatibility layer fails.

So what do i do now ?

If it says it is installed, that means it is there.
In the video above. I saw two small problems.
The first one is the `fairy` lag. It is caused by the DirectX compatibility layer that you already have fixed.
The second one is the action queue. By far as I see, it is normal behavior.
