Offline stalls solution

I suggest to add a map for Offline stall that is big and wide enough to fit all the offline stallers , and it must have multiple jackpots inside so they can easily dispense their coins, along with banker/teleporter/ability to record spawn there.

Reasons:
1- Reduce the lag in all major cities
2- Easier to find the stalls u want
3- Allow more space for ppl to actually stall useful Items in appropriate market-based prices (selling oyster soup for 500k for example is considered offline stall still!!)
