NPC bug Report -RB quest -

Hello I just take RB quest After server restarted and be prepared to start it but got a problem when i gonna talk with Huckinson ( function el_talk07 () ) NPC att Lone Tower 6 he dont share more Menu

As you can check i have all requierements (delete some info for haters)
... He should split some options like these ones...

But when i press Hi!.. The dialog box closes...

For last i thing its the NPC scrip folder maybe have a bug into his fuctions so il copye here how it should be... maybe help ur staff to fix it
