im not sharing this account, only me. and for the record my high lvl char, i've setup the 2fa on 22nd of september and today it is not asking any 2fa code

I understand, but our privacy policy require all support to be given the direct accounts, we can't involve other accounts. If you want support on "different emails" you'll need to enter and use them then.
