it doesnt work with the fn keys , because im using the latesr macbook pro. i will try the karabiner app, thanks all for suggestion.

Thanks guys and Zankza , I fix the issue by reinstall the windows 10 , boot camp issue , fn+ enter does give me insert button to sit hahaha . Thanks !
