I don't think so. Its all about community. When most of the players are being cancer like you it is normal thing to see people will leave after like 2 month because of the toxicity. That was the issue on old ToP. Plus as I said not everyone will quit the ones who stayed will merge their characters with old server and BAM you got more players. I don't see why you are so against it. It doesn't cost you money, It doesn't affect you in anyway, you are just a butthurt from something which I don't know.

They open new server new people and old players jumps in. Month passes player base get lower some quit obviously. At some point they restart it because server got old people hot bored. So with new server player base will be higher. Sometimes they merge with other private servers but merging is really rare case. So which experience will backs your arguement or common sense. Since I can show WoW private servers which keep doing what I said and they apperantly have more player what so ever. The reason I dislike you is you are retarded. You just talk no backing up your arguement. Also you got no reason to argue with us. i play more than one year i still dont have UG gems and i still can kill alot and be usefull. dosnt matter how long this serv alive - new players can easy start and become pro players. all what u need 41 2 gen fairy and good lvl 70-75. All items and gems u can get without pvp. And if u rly want pvp just join guild at this moment we have 2 sides who always recruit ppl.

Yeah we see who is tardo. ToP 1 and 2 didn't destroyed cuz of new server lastly as I remember ToP2 was hacked thats why it was closed. So stop throwing retarded experiences or shits. Yeah some "really small group of people" always be on advantage its not my real issue. The real issue still none understand is NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS. Server is basicly stalls. When did you last time saw a player on pandas leveling, or a party of lvl 30's leveling together. Let me tell you only party I saw is plvlers, bots on smugglers, or other leveling zones. Game map is literally empty. Feels like playing singleplayer game with coop feature. This is suppose to be MMO. However only faces I see is same faces every day. Half of them toxic like some people who talking on this forum post exactly. But let me ask this question as new player would you join this game because of the old server or there is a new server just opened? If not tell me why this game has low player base or find another solution and make a forum post. This is my idea and some people got butthurt. Yeah playing on old server has some advantages. True plvl ftw right? NOPE It is something which ruined the game which I used a lot plvling because cannot found players to lvl with him/her. Items not really because unless you play ss sm cler items will be expensive.


In conclusion some people will be on advantage no matter what since this is p2w game like all other games. The thing is with new server atleast some people will return the game who quit the game or played back in the days and wanted to feel that old nostalgic feelings and lets be honest we need them since not enough players playing the game. Unless your a maller with a healthy credit card or a zombie ‍ who has nothing going for him/herself in life or a child/teenager than your really just wasting your time playing here lol just hop on the wave and play fortnite like everybody else less stressful and more fun I promise this server needs a lot and opening up a new server is definitely not one of the things it needs.The events they do are about as creative as white paint and the rewards offer no incentive for new players to even wanna play to begin with.People rather lvl an alt character than help a newbie and implement some type of REAL growth for server..Mentor/disciple offers no real reward so nobody feels the need to lift a finger unless the newbie is paying them an arm a leg and part of their soul. Bottom line is there is a lot of things they should fix before a new server should even be taken serious.I wish you the best in your adventures here

sad but this game about grind and if u cant find way to make money and lvl ur own char without help u quit this game soon anyway. i try to help ppl i gave amps free plvl but they miss big part of newbie player gameplay and just dont know what to do when i plvl them till 41 for example.

this server have alot players if u check other servers in others country u dont find more active hight lvl players than on PKO. and i always see new ppl who come to play. there is no way to make pandas and smugglers always with players who try lvl up - not for this game and not for budget of private server.

$100 = 1000 rum = 35m
Rage lv 1 = 22m​

You would need atleast $ 2,000 to have decent gear with lv 3 UG's and I doubt there are more than 3 players that did so.

ToP was designed with an idea of Item Mall being a vital part of the game (You need SP regen = meditation = fairy = fairy rations you can't obtain without item mall) but PKO is def. not pay to win. It is pay to help you start if you don't have enough time to play.
There are enough ways to earn serious gold without spending a $ but you have to not be lazy.

This is an MMORPG, grinding is a necessity.
