My " Set Stall " Skill is magically level 5 right now, and cant be used.

Well after i did my story quests, i decided to lvl up my Woodcutting, and manufacturing, and i thought i could spend other extras skill points to my stall, as usual i clicked to lvl it rapidly ( as i usually do ) then it happend to get to lv5, and cant be used

I wish, Now I can't even lvl my pet on offline mode

To be honest it can be made by hacking the game. I dont say you hacked but its strange i always click fast but I never experienced that issue.
