Missing characters

Hi, good day! I've been trying to log in for the last 3 days (I'm assuming it's an ISP problem since I couldn't even log in to Discord to notify my guild) and I was finally able to log in today. The moment I finish the patch and log in using the same account and same credentials, it shows I have no characters. I have never used bots or anything related for that matter (I finally got to log into Discord and my guild member was asking if I had that kind of possibility) since I only know how to use skills with F1, F2, etc.

I'd like to find out if anything's wrong or if I've done anything to screw up my account. I've been playing for roughly 2-4 weeks if I'm not mistaken. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
