any sm with CA frame/set can tell me if novice meditation is enough for a good sp recovery o do i need std? atm on my character looks like novice would be enough but i'm using lv 50 eva armor which gives me 30% sp recovery

Well , maybe for lower lvls its okay. But like during heavy pk at high lvls , you will probably run out of sp . Plus when you die and get revived , you need to recover sp as soon as possible .

Additional question: before you talked about ca paw/frame, aren't you using ca claw?

Nah , im using Lv70 Claw . Its shit but i gives a decent con so i get a nice hp boost. Looking for a nice stat lv75 glove atm . But Claw is ok before lv70 i guess.
