Mall Item: Ivory Wings

Good Day!

I have a Phyllis-Hunter which I recently bought a Mall item: Ivory Wings. When my character equip the wing it was placed above the shoulders or to be exact at the ear level. It looked really weird and I recently started the game so I hope you guys can fix this.

Did you try trading it to a different character to see if it happens to any other race? That must look funny!

it looks funny and kinda sad. I really wanted this wings but they did send a response few mins ago that they'll fix it, not sure when exactly. so its gonna take some time.

well not exactly other races, but i ask my friend phyllis also. and its also ear level idk what to do or expect anymore

Don't worry, they will get it fixed and your char will look fantastic!! Just allow the Devs some time (it's a busy time now) but don't worry about that

My Character Name is : Phyrine.
Please Mr/Ms Dev have it fix it feels like the wings were already top of my characters head. idk why.

I don't know how to follow-up my issue. you can also refund the purchase I did. I don't mind buying another wing instead if its gonna take awhile. Thanks.
