I have the same problem too

yep server-wide. Gonna have to wait for them to fix. You can move around in game but only local chat seems to work and you can't relog/switch chars

not a maintenance. GMs are off. People have been speculating a DDoS attack or a bug in the sever. Nothing we can do but wait for GM to fix.

It's important to understand that it's not likely an attack, but rather technical limitations, our leading causeway is probably due too much winsockets being allocated more than necessary and thus abruptly taking up all available ones even the local connection between sub-services fail too.
