The problem: I cannot log on my account ingame

The situation: I have stable internet connection, i can log in here on the web, but i still have problems on the client itself

Other info: My patch CAN load news and items from the mall, but the ping check says "Server Ping Failed"

The request: I wanted to know the reason why and how I can fix this asap. Thank you!

I was playing FC for an hour or so, then around 14:20 UTC (August 15, 2018) suddenly I got disconnected. I knew i wasted my amp cuz the portal for Forsaken City closes after the portal opens for 1 hour. I get back up and i run my client patcher. I noticed the "server ping failed" just below the START button but i still go for it. And i as expected the error message when I log in my account was "Connection Failed".

I sent precisely 2 report that is error generated. I also did version checking but it failed to solve the problem.

I'm thinking your ISP is the main root of this problem, as the server should be fully working up and operational, but did you try to both connect to CF and CA servers? just to test?
