Launcher exception...'the launcher is unable to load" HELP ME

i have downloaded the game and when i open the launcher this message...

Your post indicates you are having intermediate problems with launching client. Our launcher is heavily customized, It is very diligent as it performs many critical functions that invokes proper playing condition.

The very first thing you should do is try by doing a 'Version Check' this will ensure your launcher and client are the latest available offering, as older ones may not function properly or do not have capabilities to play.

1. Locate PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe and execute as Administrator. Right-Click on PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe and click "Run as Administrator". PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe is located in main client folder, or you may have a short cut to PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe on desktop.

2. After the client launcher is launched, Begin Version Check by clicking on button at top left corner, Where a drop menu will appear with choice of "Version Check" in the top of list.

3. The launcher will automatically quickly scan your client files and begin to download any missing or malformed client files.


At this point, If you are still unable to play, It means that you have a service or program that is actively blocking the connection such as firewall or anti-virus.

1. Unfortunately because there is too many anti-virus and firewall solutions there is no easy way of turning them off, You will need to contact your antivirus/firewall company to ask them how to remove/stop.

2. In very rare condition, You may have a ISP that does internet filtering which means you most likely cannot play because ISP do not remove or allow you to circumvent this filtering.

i can't do it, i try to open by admin but just stay on the error, the launcher doesn't open, i have deactivated my anti virus, and i dont think that my ISP does this all because my brother download the game and open easily...if i can try something else, i really wanna play this wonderful game :/
 
For some reason you have problem with connecting to site. 2 questions: if click 'ignore' have you 2 more same errors and have you proxy?
 
yes, have two more errors but the link changes and i don t have proxy
 
i have discovered one thing, when i click 3 times on ignore the launcher open and i when i click on the start button have a message saying "no selected server to launch"

i found this on the pko file named 'pkolauncherlog'...[15/06/2017 10:54:23] :: threw an exception: Zero length of servers.xml =>
 
About log. Here it say nothing. Something block launcher load data from site. Any data. News\Last forum messages\Servers list. Any data.

Usually block firewall\antivirus\proxy
 
ok, i deactivated the firewall and the anti virus, nothing change, guys thanks for the help, i really apreciate that, thanks very much :D, i will give up.
 
just a pitch on this, there are times after i log off off PKO (closng the client and all), when i try to login again, i would run into the same error. the one with the option to ignore, abort, etc. relaunching the game doesn't work 90 of the time and i need to restart my computer to open it again. when i try to kill the launcher using task manager, SOMETIMES i am able to open the launcher without issues and not having to restart my computer. is there any chance that the launcher is not closing properly and leaving some traces backend?

No, because it doesn't do anything complicated or use some weird mechanism to try control anything. I think you just happen to have very poor internet service that's all.
