Lag problems

Hello Zankza, I'm making this thread cuz I have a friend that is having this kind of problem.. I mean, his internet is running properly, what I mean is that he can watch Youtube videos in HD, and download things without any problem.. The big problem remains when he plays PKO, he gets DC everytime and he cant even dual, because one of the account will just not answer, and he has a lot of lag, I want to know if you can check if he's connecting to the right server or smth like that..

He is from Venezuela, I'm afraid his internet provider is blocking a port.. if you have any suggestion to this we would like to hear it.

Videos and streaming service is very highly compressible as well easily cached.

You can't compare two data between, they are completely different world, that being said venezuela has one of world's worst ISP. I cannot do anything but warn you don't expect any improvements until government changes.
