Item mall problems

i can't seem to enter the item mall in-game, when i press the golden cart and then confirm, nothing happens.
Anybody else has the same kind of problem?
Need some help! Thank you!!

We are currently testing and fixing our item mall after we rescripted it. Please have patience as things might not work as intended.
