Increase Guild Capacity

It has been hard balancing the recruitment of new players and not losing touch with friends who aren't as active so I was wondering if it's not time to increase guild member limit by 10, and make it 35. Not a huge increase but it would help recruiting new members without having to kick your comrades who can't play so actively.
 
Actually I think guild levels are awesome idea @ShiroNeko because it would be cool if Zankza could make us unlock slots. Higher the guild level, more capacity. But it would also mean that people will just be joining strongest guilds until they are full. So whilist being good it is also bad.
 
What if Guild could be levelled ?
I mean.. there is "EXP" and "Lvl" of guild
they are part of GvG challenge
But @Zankza can just forget about that for the moment
and Implement something like seen in other games
where Guild Owner decides Donation % of EXP to Guild
This hitting some value, will increase Guild Lvl and give more slots

Pros:
More active players in guilds
Less Alts in guilds
More PvP in mazes, as chests/Bosses might give Guild EXP too

Cons:
Even 1% of EXP Donation for 70+ means HUGE time loss
Not RLY Vanilla (This was only seen in xHDW server v3)

P.S. Also. I borrowed this from very old game, that players that came to PKO at it's first year, know very well
WHAT IF THE GUILD SLOTS WERE DETERMINED BY THE FOUNDER/LEADER'S LEVEL?
(slots=your level, high level=high slots, pro leader lv 75+=sh*t ton of slots)
(from a lv 60 guy to a lv 75 guy, if both guilds collided the second one would have a +15 soldier advantage, which World Wars have showed that is lethal even with such small number difference at the start. Any small % of off-balance when things are in equilibrium would ignite the flames of war and the motivation to surpass a single individual, your enemy guild leader.)

THAT WOULD BE A "GOODBYE SPAMS" AND STRONGER PEOPLE WOULD HAVE STRONGER GUILDS WITH A LIMIT OF 100 FOR WHO HAD SO MUCH TIME TO FARM EXP BEYOND 80 AT x1 rates. It would also give more meaning to leveling. SLOTS WOULD HAVE A VALUE TOO BECAUSE EACH PERSON WOULD REPRESENT ONE OF YOUR HARD-WORK''ED LEVELS, AND THE MORE PEOPLE THERE WERE AFTER SLOT 60, THE MORE MEANING WOULD EACH INTEGRANT HOLD. IT WOULD TRULY BE A PART OF YOURSELF IN A POETIC WAY.
That's what a guild represents anyway: unity! a bond! Strong pirates and strong Navy Officials! Both collide to show who's strongest! Farm and level to improve your own Division or Pirate Union!
IT WOULD ALSO GIVE A REASON FOR STRONGER PEOPLE NOT TO JOIN TOGETHER (like in Disney or Silenced) AND MAKE MONOPOLIES, BECAUSE THE MORE PRO PEOPLE THERE WERE, THE MORE BALANCED THE GUILD SYSTEM COULD BECOME. PEOPLE WOULD BALANCE EVERYTHING WITH THEIR HEALTHY GREED. THE STRONGER YOU WERE, THE MORE REASON YOU WOULD HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN GROUP AND FIGHT YOUR FRIEND'S GUILD IN AN EXCITING DEATH PVP. Why? Because you can. Any day a high-level traitor could abandon a main guild and shatter any monopoly the next day, like a true Joker, bringer of chaos.

But. as some may know, there is other ways that I think @Zankza may accept:
Guild Quests
GvG/Sacred War with EXP/Lvl as reward
Guild Islands and weekly GvG for them (Like in PW/FW Online)

Thats the sort of system, every MMO should have in my opinion, it makes the entire guild system more intressting, and not just for 1 battle, but you can acctually work to achive things ^^
