Hi i want to buy Rums, its posible to use western union to buy rums for PKO, i remember when i played TOP many years ago i usually use Western union to buy item mall opints, there is a chance to do that or no?

You dont need a paypal account, you can just add your credit card in the checkout window of paypal, and pay directly like that
