how to obtain the item Heart of Glory

It can be exchanged:
"Chaos Administrator: The Symbols of Honor are Heart of Sparkle, Heart of Glory and Heart of Splendor. They required 200, 2000, 20000 reputation points respectively."

But I think that NPC Text here may have a bug. Probably it talks about Honor and not Reputation.
But You may check and Report back.

it talks about Honor and I get an error saying I don;t have enough honor to exchange. Plase make it reputation instead of honor! None goes to pvp and reputation is useless right now (except rb.. ).
