Well, changing font is not trivial but it's not pleasing, as there is different opinions in regards which font is best. If you are talking about poor spacing in the words, you might have drivers problem.

Yeah at my Thread with weird buggy/laggy movements of pets/character, updating my driver softwares fixed it and made the game smooth back again.
