help,lost all 3 chars after reinstall

any way I can get those back?or you can find them and put them back?i don't even want to risk starting a new toon until I hear back from you guys in fear of making my toons harder to retrieve.

yes under game accounts all 3 are there

Great, that means your client/PC is bugged. Something keeps messing around with the client folder, you need to disable and uninstall your anti-virus, afterwards do a version check via launcher.

cant I just disable the anti virus?must I really uninstall it?avast keeps telling me I cant do that,i cant find a uninstall for it,any clue?says I need administration permission but I thought that I had that,

As you can see, annoying it is already when it comes to uninstall, it does same thing with rest of your PC, touching things it's not supposed to touch, screwing up things that you actually need.

I'm afraid I can't really help you much, but those things are not doing anything good, You may try to reinstall but the problem will just return anyways.

duuuuuuuuuuuuude! lol .....would removing those temp files help and if so whats the name of them verifo temp?i see 2 of them?
