Zanksa, I need help to login on my account, the server updated but my account has disappeared.
I had one Voyager female Lvl 65 - Sammis

I can see my account on the page but as I enter the game it doesn't have character.

you keep mixing up two things, account and character.

What is MISSING? character or account?

We've seen lot of players complain about their characters not being visible. The most common fix was to re-install the client.

Please remove and reinstall the client. Thanks!
