Well it did say in description that it has double yield, limited durability, and cannot be repaired...If you spend everything to invest on an item, you should do research beforehand to make sure it worth it...

yeah true..I agree with Pooliver..u need to do research beforehand...especially plvling at mirage, u must make sure your party get the exp when u plvling them..Oppss

True XD I should research the dev team and know they won't fix bugs even they know bugs exist

Developers may not have added it to the game at all if they don't want to make it easier for people to play.... Besides the fact that the woodcutting lv1 doesn't even let you drop more than 1 ash wood at the same time, where is this information shown in the description?

It increases the rate at which wood is dropped, not the amount of wood itself. For trees which already drop ash wood at 100% (1 log per "chop"), it has no effect, but it's an absolutely amazing item when it comes to higher level trees where you'd consider yourself lucky if you got 1 log in several trees.

It's not worthwhile for new players, as chopping high level trees has little to no use for them, but it's a highly used and very needed item later on if you do higher level manufacturing.

In real ToP it was not breakable. I think it's absolutely unnaceptable for us to spend rums on it and it breaks???? Fix this.

It didn't have as important of a use in ToP as it did here though. Besides, have you tried one to see how long it takes for it to break? It's the same as Alloy Pickaxe, meaning that it takes several hours of 24/7 chopping for it to break. Considering you wait for most high lvl trees to respawn, one gold axe can last you for days... which is not insignificant. Besides, it pays for its cost relatively quickly. The amount of time you save and the amount of lv2-3 flash bombs or Lv4+ Repair tools you're able to make with 1 gold axe alone warrants some investment.
