hwo much is ref gem lvl 3,fiery gem lvl 3, gem of wind dk got what lvl ,shining gem lvl i also dk ,colo i need noe lvl up to 3 and price

LVL 1 gem price: ref - 400k, fairy gem is useless prob 5-10k.. gem of wind 14m, shining 30-50k, colo 9m..

Then for fc cruz shoes,weap,gloves,armor what gem should i use

For fc look for high str +7 gloves. For boots also high str or agi pref +7. Armor and swords should be uns45.
Shoes:wind gem + bd heart
Swords:rage n lust/bd eye
Gloves: lust+bd heart
Armor: better put shining and glowing instead of lv1 colo. Unless u got lv3 colo + shining/bd soul

Sword: Lustrious + Rage or Fiery (Fiery is very cheap to get to lv3-4, but Rage is better at lv2+)
Armor: Shining + Colossus or Glowing (Again, unless you can forge a high level of Colossus, go for Glowing)
Gloves: Lustrious only
Shoes: Gem of the Wind only

You should spend some time checking the stalls in all three cities, and write down the prices of items you may buy in the future.
You can't expect all of your questions to be answered.

Level 41 str 2nd gen you can find between 37-45m normally
