Game Crash. Need help. i want to play game badly

I installed the game, patched it normally and checked the client version normally, after i clicked the PLAY button the game prompted crash. I have exempted the whole file folder of this game in my anti virus, i updated net framework and i have the latest now. but still crashed.. i have reinstalled it 5 times or more.. still crashing.. please fix this.. i want to play your game badly.

What kind of crash do you experience?
Some AntiVirus software like to remove CaLua.dll and some just block application from running properly.

already disabled my antivirus.. everything i did..

Instead of excluding the game folder from the anti virus, why not try to uninstall your antivirus, and then re-installing the game, to see if the problem still persists?

Could you create a gif of when you are opening the launcher and attempting to start the game?
