What is the max gem lvl for the server?

Yeah lmao. You need to forge lv1 1st, then lv2, and only then lv3.

However u can always forge higher level gems, you will get 1 lvl higher than u have atm tho.
For example if u gem lv9 shining, u still would get lv1 in armor if you don't have any other level shining in already.
