Stats: Pure STR? but what about the attack speed 140/170 i need for slash dmg?
Armor:UNS
Swords: BOI fork left hand
Boots: Inca
Gloves: Inca
Rings: Seal of str? Agi rings?
Neck:?

Skillset?

Rings is up to you. I think that dodge is important for fc, but i don't know the exactly amount to tank the mobs. But the slash multiplier is on 140 and 210 aspd, so you should aim 140 passive and maybe 210 on berserk. Neck is Speed lv 40. Maybe you can find better boots and gloves, with +7 str or agi bonus...

Do you know what skills I should put my skillpoints into?

I've already bought
Armor: uns
Weap: Fork boi | boi
Inca boots/gloves
Agi rings lv40 (x2)
Movement speed necklace

Should I aim for a passive 140 atsp or 210?

Generally, it's nice to have 210 aspd when zerked at least. I never played FC Cruz, so I have no idea if it's a must nor about the skill points.

But I assume these skills will be a must:
Concentration 2
Sword Mastery 3
Illusion Slash 10
Berserk 5
Dual Sword Mastery 2
Blood Frenzy 5
Deftness 3
Shadow Slash 1
Stealth 1

This should leave you with 4 skill points to use, I guess either aiming for Blood Frenzy or Shadow Slash would be the best solution. But I recommend you wait to hear more opinion as, again, I never played FC Cruz!

I saw a guide that did Illusion slash 5 and Berserk 10, i guess so you can get 210 aspd.
