Apparel how if it drops effective can repair? And can you move my apparel from item a to B if its attach to item A

When you fuse your equipment into apparel it automatically gains Lv10, but you need strenghtening fusion and crystal to make it 110%.
110% is effectiveness.
Your items can get broken but it can be repaired at Blacksmith.
And you can always fuse any apparel into any other.

You can't unfuse. So once you have fused your item into apparel that is it, you can fuse it into new apparel but can't remove old apparel to sell it.

About gemming I am not rellay certain in what phase are we with gems

Unsealed weapons and armor
Try getting gloves and boots with some better stats... or just use inca one
Get yourself speed neck lv40 with str rings or if you want speed and def get agi con lv40 rings and obtain pet and enjoy xD
30 mil should be way enough for everything except pet
Pet will cost you a lot
40m is lv41 2nd gen.

Socket are not related with %
1 socket = 1 gem
2 sockets = 2 gems
3 sockets = 3 gems

% is inly for apparel
You can raise % from 100 to 110 without sockets

Sword 1 - Blade of Incantation -- 2.3 mi Don't purchase these for more than 2.5 mil
Sword 2 - Blade of Incantation -- 2.3 mil

Rings can differ: You can go with Lv40 +6 Strength/ +2 Con rings, but the problem with that is that you would have to pump more points into your
base agility in order to reach that 210 attack speed with berserk. But I went with this:

Ring 1 - Lv40 + 6 Agility/ + 2 Con -- 1.0 mil Don't buy these for more than 1.2 mil
Ring 2 - Lv40 +6 Agility/ +2 Con -- 1.1 mil

Necks can differ as well: You can go with Lv40 +40HP/ + 60 Movement speed, or a physical resist necklace.
In my opinion, The 40HP is far less beneficial as compared to a +40SP gain. This is especially the case if you only have NOVICE meditation on your pet.

Necklace - Lv40 + 40 SP/ + 60 Movement Speed - Crystal Naiads -- 1.3 mil Don't buy these for more than 1.5 mil

The only important apparel you need is Barbarossa's Fork.
It pumps your level 2 Dual sword mastery to level 10 and saves you 8 skill points

The most important gem I would say are gems of wind (+5 Agility into boots)
The more agility you have on your gear, the less you spend pumping into your stat points. This means more base strength.
But unless you're a maller, you're definitely not getting those any time soon. When you do fuse them into your boots though,
Reset books are only 100k a pop so.
