Exp not received for 20 minutes during leveling

Hi Dev! I was leveling in Shaitan Mirage today. Teaming my Voyager ThunderPhoenix01 and Cleric PhoenixIsabelHQF. I entered the map at 0:00 UTC Nov.30 (or 24:00 UTC Nov.29) and leveled for 20 minutes, then I realized my Cleric is not receiving any exp. She is teamed up with my voyager, always in sight, and has no void stone in her bag. My voyager is received exp normally for party of two and HB (0.625x2=1.25x ). Then I disband the party and regroup, and issue was solved, but I did lose 20 minutes of exp on my Cleric, should be about 4M exp. Please check log and give those exp back. Thank you very much!

Summary: Character PhoenixIsabelHQF didn't received ~4M exp which she should between 0:00 UTC 11/30 and 0:20 UTC 11/30. Thanks

Any fix can be done? My Cleric is clearly in the party, she keep receiving 'party member picked up items' and my voyager is receiving exp based on two pty members in sight, not one. (I do have another member in party but he's leveling way away on Ascaron). It was clearly a bug and I'm just asking for the exp I should get Plz help, thx

Bruh 20 Minutes lvling is nothing. Take it as a 20-minutes-expensive Lesson Always check if the exp is being obtained properly.

Yeah, it is nothing I'm just checking to see if I can get those. Not a big deal

Yeah Leba told me this can happen. I will pay attention and avoid doing that. However, keep in mind that a player should never EXPECT a bug to happen. If it's a fixable bug you should fix it. If it's not, you should let players know and try to avoid that.
