Vasco says that whenever i heal or buff at same time he kills, it gives him less EXP

the point is: it doenst gives you LESS exp. it's an EXTRA exp calculated using how much you healed as base.

I believe he meant that some mobs give 5.4-5.6k EXP while some give 7.8-8k. This is indeed strange and something I've been experiencing myself when I was dualing with my buffer to heal my main, it was outside of party, though I'd randomly get around 70% of the EXP which I'd normally get. It probably has something to do with healing/buffing at the right time.
