Its most likely a issue on your end, did you retry? close client and re-open it

I tried many times. I can use only 1 character in my account the one im using. Even the free account cant make even a single character. I can log in but when i start making hero and started in any city it doesn't work. Please help me at least i make 1 character. Always disconnected with server. Confirm to go back to login screen. when i re log it. your account is already online .So sad only 1 account working 1 character and can create new character

Could you record this issue and upload it to youtube as unlisted and show us?

Same issue, I think it's because we cant download a 500mb patch, my friend used to have this same issue but recently his client updated a 500mb-ish patch which afterwards, made him create new chars. However, My client isnt updating correctly or hasnt been updating at all, even if i spammed version check. Is there anyway you can provide us a patch for that 500mb-ish patch? or give us a download site with a zipfile of the latest client and patches. Hope you can help us.

That is actually Game Installer (Not Cumulative patch).

I have no idea why people try to Run the Cumulative patch and then come here saying it does not work.
Ofc it won't. It is made for players that cannot update the game on their own.

i did not use cumulative patch. Im playing this game with 2 accounts that only have 1 character. the problem cant create new one maybe my account is block after i made my first character

This is rather strange. We had similar reports. But even after login into the user account, we could not reproduce the reported problem at all.
