Does anyone know the use of this item?

Doing Story quest a while back, I got 12 pieces of the item called "Amulet". It says that it reduces the poison aura emanating from zombies, and I assume it has something to do with the Underwater Tunnel zombies, as the few quests prior to that had a lot to do with those mobs.

Just realized today that I have it in bank and was wondering what its use was, since I'm once again doing the quests on my champ and I thought it may be of use somehow.

It's item ID 4249, and the "function" linked to it is "ItemUse_HuFuSW"

Would kindly appreciate anyone's help on this one, thanks in advance!

Hey Leba, this item is used to remove poison effect of underwater tunnel mobs. Idk if it can be used on other kind of poisons, like poison dart, magma bullet or venom arrow.
