Maybe they should have a few special limited apparel that glow lol. I can't imagine it would be too hard to impliment. Is it like the weapons that have a different glow at 1 5 and 9 or whatever it is now

Tbh everyone has different tastes when it comes to glows, so if someone wants unique glows, that should be left up to tweaking... you can make pretty much any kind of glow with tweaks nowadays.
