Cooldown for Potting in CA.

We know but we didnt want to change anything, at most we did at least add a one-second relief immunity after being flash bombed, it's safe to say it was realistic change but anymore is too risky.

All potions have their own cooldown already. And once you use a potion, you need to wait it finishes to use it again, all you can do is replace the current potion for a higher lv one.
