Code is wrong

I want to delete a toon to make a cruz but the code is wrong... I tried the link to change the code but it still say's it failed.. please help

Try clicking "Edit" next to the account you're having trouble with. You will be redirected to a page, and there you should see a button called "Reset PIN", I never tried using it, but I think that should reset your security code. Worth a try I guess.

I already did that... more than once and I am still getting the same message
