It probably is usable but I would preferred if you download this one, it has some things changed...

Try these:

Common problems include:

• Don't have Net 4.5 framework
• Antivirus/Firewall dont allow launcher connect our server
• Bad internet, filtering/proxy prevent launcher connect our server
• Windows smartscreen (run as administrator to bypass)

Please understand that launcher runs just fine on fresh-clean install windows, it is your customization to your PC that makes programs struggle.

i have net 4.5, allowed the app through the firewall and even disabled the firewall, disabled windows smartscreen and uac.

just a possible solution, open task manager then look for PirateKingOnline.exe process, end it then re-open the launcher.

is your windows updated? you can try to check for updates.

Main problem with windows 7 is that it seems to be missing a certain file, a file that doesn't necessarily came with windows 7 because it works natively with win10. by tomorrow launch I'll have figured out what is it that windows 7 requires and then assembly the launch so it contains all necessary files to make voice chat work well.

I DID this still didnt work and MY UAC is always Disable ill jsut wait on opening off for now work time xd
