Chat, System bugged

Hello, since last patch i have problem with chat and system messages. It's not working at all until i say something. For example: I say "test" on world chat and system gives me back information: "Worldnotice receive channel activated" and only then i can see what somone is saying on worldchat. I have to do the same with trade, guild and local chat. Also i have to wait 2-3 minutes for [System] to show up after i lunch the game.

I've tried version check already.

You need to press the blue button in the system, you've muted them. Unmute them.
