I changed my phone and cant retrieve my 2fa account. is it possible to change 2fa so I can play again ?

Ofc. On Accounts->Secutiry page there are two links in the text.
One to get 2FA reset codes to your registered e-mail.
And another one to actually create a new 2FA seed.
