Can't Create Pirate Guild? Limit Msg

Hi sorry for another question but, I tried creating a guild with stone of oath plus 1 mil and over lvl 40 and got a message stating "Pirate the amount of guilds has reached the maximum limit within the system" something like that but i'd just like to ask, is there an actual limit to amount of guilds allowed in the system? Been working really hard to create one with requirements only to find out this msg appeared. I cant seem to find any answers around here that can help, was hoping someone may be able to explain the msg I received, thanks, @Zankza

Hey, I'm pretty sure this is no bug, because Guilds have always had a limited space in ToP. I assume the guild maintenance will clean "empty" guilds (those with a very very low amount of members) and those whose leader is banned, as was the case last time.
You might want to read this topic, although it's just an assumption that something similar will happen, without any extravagant changes.

I discussed and overlooked the current stats, we found that navy guilds are very severely lacking activity, there is plenty slots available.

We will not be "fixing" in sense where we will increase capacity or clean up the old pirates guild, currently, if you want guild, you'll need to create navy one!

Thanks, helps out a bit, just really been trying to make a guild in the game and after all this time just found out bout the limited space. Thanks for the topic though, hopefully it benefits in the future
